Sam & Max machinima short #15, "A Fireside Chat," is now up for your viewing pleasure on the Sam & Max website. Also it's right there next to this text. Awesome!
Something else that is awesome: "A Fireside Chat" is the final machinima short for Season One! What does that mean, other than weeks and weeks of unclogged unscheduled time opening in front of me in a heavenly display? Well, nothing important, actually. But they are done, so pop open some in-engine animated champagne and party down. Hopefully you enjoyed more of the shorts than you didn't, and your whistle is well whetted for the quality onslaught that is Bright Side of the Moon (coming soon).
Quite a few people have asked us to actually list out the credits for the shorts. Now that they're all done, that seems like a pretty good idea. So, for your enjoyment, here are high quality downloads of all 15 Sam & Max shorts, along with information about who worked on each of them!
If you want to watch the shorts without downloading anything, just click here, or head over to the Sam & Max site and click the "Machinima Shorts" button on the left side, just above the video player.
Full machinima credits and high quality downloads after the break...

Also, as usual, thanks to the guys at Bay Area Sound for doing all the sound and music mixing on these shorts (and playing a lot of the B characters - Jared and Julian star as most all secret service agents, phone voices, and journalists in these shorts, though Brendan also sneaks in from time to time).
Another series draws to a close, first Steve Purcell's excellent comic, now the shorts, and with the finale on thursday that leaves Telltale with a fabulous first season. Keep up the good work and ill be throwing more more money at you for season 2 very soon. (Shorts and comic on the season 1 DVD please)
Good Job Telltale!

Yay! I haven't been keeping up with the shorts, so now's a good time.
The links to #13 and #15 both point to #1
I second Panda90's request for the DVD!

John wears a lot of hats at Telltale... he heads up QA and also does some design stuff. Before he came to Telltale, he did Level Design at LucasArts.
He hasn't written a bio for Telltale's site, but his credits are here: http://www.mobygames.com/developer/sheet/view/developerId,1838/
(Note to self -- get John to write a bio!)

I have fond memories of being forced to make prototypes of those shorts. Good times.

I get so emotional when things come to an end... can someone hand me a handkerchief or some small furry animal with which to wipe my tears of sadness away with?
Oh, and if neither Dave nor Heather will take credit for Reality Blights, I will.

Any chance that gamers will be able to makes this machinimas themselves in the future?
For the voices it will be hard, but for the Choreography it might be a possiblity?
It would make the game even more popular than it is already! :)

The fact that the title for the last episode is a Pink Floyd reference has basically sealed it for me, in that I already assume it is the greatest of all the episodes. And possibly my pick for the best game of 2007 (because I find most games to be kind of boring now. Woo, another fine selection of war titles and uninspired MMORPGs trying to be WoW.)
