Just a heads-up, Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People producer Brett Tosti and I are going to be on GameSpot's On the Spot broadcast on Thursday, talking about (and showing off!) some stuff from the game that none of you know about yet. Definitely watch it!
The show is at 4:00 Pacific time, and they'll probably post a video of it on their site afterwards for those who don't catch it live.
I've never liked GameSpot, and probably never will. Especially after that whole fiasco with the Kane and Lynch thing that happened last year. However, I'm willing to check this out. Only because you guys are revealing new info about the game.

Look up Jeff Gerstmann on Wikipedia and read the "termination" section. The HotSpot was definitely better when Jeff was on.
I actually decided against going to that worthless site, even to check out new info on a game I really want to know more about.
I'll just hear about it from someone else later. Gamespot is a complete failure, and an embarassment in the entire game community.
biased, ridiculous, and god help you if you give a less then glowing review to a game that displays ads on the site. Gamespot doesn't "review" games. It pretends to, while really just being completly bought off by the ad and game companies.
Seriously. Removing a review and firiing a highly respected editor and revierwer for giving his OWN professional review and opinion on a game, and then firing him becuase he didn't like a game that was featured on every ad banner?
No thanks. It's why their best editors left and walked out on Gamespot after this load of crap. And now the gaming community knows the truth.
These big game websites and review magazines are all a sham. Bought and paid for by a company that thrives on hype, rather than games that are any good these days.
I love Telltale, and Homestar runner, and do want to hear more about it. But if this means that I have to give Gamespot a website hit or endorse Gamespot in the middle of my protesting of them, no thanks.
Besides.. the game comes out next month, and i'm already purchasing it. From what i've looked up so far, it sounds great. But I refuse to support Gamestop by even watching a feed from their crummy site.
The information will leak out elsewhere after Gamespit airs this. I'll take that road.

*correction of a typo.
I accidentally called "Gamespot" as "Gamestop".
Gamestop is actually a pretty decent chain store in the US mid-west area, although their "game trade in prices" leave a bit to be desired.
I apologize to the GameSTOP franchise of gaming stores for accidentally typoing them in context to "GameSPOT".. a horrible "game discussion" review site which fails the internet.

even if "gamespot" gives it a BAD review i'll still buy this game. gamespot reviews are never accurate and im a strongbad man through and through!
i wish GT reviews would review this game, they have awesome reviews that make sence.
my one question is when it comes out can i buy it at any gamestore or just at "gamespot" and homestarrunner.com?

Neither. :) When it comes out you can buy the Wii version through the WiiWare channel, and the PC version through Telltale's online store.

I'm slightly, no, highly disappointed that Stinkoman was confused for the poopsmith.
