And all of a sudden, it's August. Wallace & Gromit's run on PC has wrapped up, and we're back to releasing episodes for one game at a time for the foreseeable future. The current season, of course, is Tales of Monkey Island, one episode deep in a five-chapter run at present. Because the first chapter, "Launch of the Screaming Narwhal" was released in July, and it is no longer that month, we've been getting a steady stream of folks asking us (with a mixture of disarming emoticons and well-intentioned threats) when the next chapter is due for release. Well, wonder no longer: Chapter Two of Tales of Monkey Island, "The Siege of Spinner Cay" will be available for PC on August 20 (Pacific Time)! When we left Guybrush Threepwood, he'd just escaped the mysterious winds of Flotsam Island aboard the well-meaning sailing ship The Screaming Narwhal. However, his hand is still cursed, and LeChuck--now in human form--seems, from a distance, to be courting fair Elaine's favor. To top it all, he's been intercepted by a mysterious figure, yet unrevealed. I wonder what happens next...

	I love how you specified which time zone you're talking about since so many people got so uppity about that last month. However, i think you mean pacific daylight time (PDT), not pacific standard time (PST). Unless, of course, San Francisco has decided to no longer support DST (which would not really be a bad thing, in my opinion).

	I'm excited! I'd expected it out sooner, but at least now we know. I wouldn't want to rush them, anyway, just as long as the game is good. It ALMOST looks like the crazy doctor guy whose name I can't remember right now. Maybe it's his sister!

	Oh great, you pick the day I fly across the atlantic for a weekend, then back 3 days later, work for 3 days with jet lag, then fly back across the atlantic for 2 weeks. So now I'm going to be tempted to play TMI instead of sleep. You are evil! EVIL! Still, I'm really looking forward to it. :)

	I just want it to be either carla or kate.. but carla was the one who had a problem with guybrush since he left her,Otis and Meathook on.... "MONKEY ISLAND!!!" Of course they all confronted him in the 4th Monkey Island game too.

	This is a great game. Thanks for the effort and creativity. But, can you please put spoiler tags if you are going to say how the first episode ends? I just got around to playing EP 1, and now I know about the end. It's not that big of a deal, I just wouldn't have expected to see a spoiler at the developer's site. Anyways, much love for what you guys do. Going to purchase EP 2 as soon as I can!

	I only completed "Launch Of The Screaming Narwahl" yesterday. I was stuck for ages on the 2nd map following thingy. (i didn't realise about the weather vane). I personally think it was Carla at the end of LOTSN because it sounded like Carla from "Escape". But i'm not sure. It may just be some old hooker Guybrush met and had kids with before he arrived on Melee Island. Or maybe Telltale is too 'child friendly' for that. -Crimpdigit-Here ya go Guybrush-A U? What happened to A, E, I O? Or even Y? Crimpdidgit-Nah, sold out. All we got is U Tubes these days... Funniest line in a game EVER!!!

	just bought the game, I was a bit disappointed to hear that the 2nd chapter will only be available on august 20th but this game has to be worth the money.. now it's time to play the first chapter and wait for the ones to come

	Darn my lack of a time machine! First it was Mass Effect 2....now I have to wait for this as well.... I could just see it, I skip to 8/20/09 and I get to play the game before all you! But then I step on a bitterly, and rewrite some obscure bit of history....and then we all end up slaves after the great fish rebellion of 2037.....

	I think the 'Mysterious Female might be Kate Capsize from the 2nd Game. She said she was gonna get her revenge on whoever framed her and put her in prison.... which was Guybrush lol ;)

	not long to go now lucky for me i had a week off work when telltale said chapter 2 was not out till 20th aug. sadly i am back 3 days before chapter 2 and working on the day it comes out thankfully im on a early shift. i don't get the download till the afternoon anyway as the time difference between us and uk where i live. still prefer to have the day off the to be honest he he.

	Where is the game? It's 9:35PM here in Australia already :(( 4:37AM in the US as I know. Still 4 hours into the 20th of Aug already :D Probably you guys didn't set up an automated system that release the 2nd chapter on Steam eh? "Have to do it the manual way" :D LOL Anyway, waiting for it, love this game! Hope it worth the wait of us gamers.
