There's never been a better time to visit West Wallaby Street, because today , Aardman Animations and Telltale Games are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Wallace and Gromit's first animated short, A Grand Day Out! That's right, for 20 years our enthusiastic inventor and his mastermind dog have been causing a ruckus via mechanical trousers, trips to the moon, and infiltrating country clubs. Now we're making it easy for you to celebrate too!
From now through the 8th, you can look forward to:
A FREE Wallace and Gromit episode: The critically acclaimed 'Muzzled!', where our heroes can thwart a phony philanthropist and visit a rollicking carnival, all in one! Grab your favorite cheese and get ready to sort out yet another sticky wicket of an adventure. Get it at the 20th Anniversary Page!!
The full season of Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures is going on sale for $20 through our website! A portion of all Grand Adventures sales will be donated to Penny Arcade's Child's Play and Wallace and Gromit's Children's Foundation, and free digital copies of the game will be donated to children's hospitals supported by the charities.
But that's not all. What else do we have for Wallace and Gromit fans?
The Collector's DVD pre-orderbegins now, including all four episodes of the game and hours of bonus content like animated shorts, behind the scenes videos and more. Previous game owners can get all this for just the cost of shipping!
And finally, the long-awaited Grand Adventures XBLA launch! All 4 episodes will be available Wednesday for purchase on the Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft points each, along with a premium theme and picture packs!
Wow, thanks for the free episode! Finally I get to see how your W&G games are like :) (never had the money/time to try it out before) I love these kind of offers. It makes me love Telltale even more!
And happy anniversary!

How does the disc pre-order work for people who pre-ordered the series (and got the special cover)?
The special pre-order cover was for Tales of MI, not Wallace & Gromit.

Oh for--
Grabbed Fright of the Bumblebees as the free episode along with ToMI, and on Talk Like a Pirate day, I grabbed Muzzled because it was said to be the best part.
Now I wanted to get Last Resort, but apparently, Muzzled's the only choice... : S
Oh well. Generous nonetheless.

... Why did this have to happen whilst my laptop is currently undergoing repairs (until the 10th)?! drat. Is there a way of getting the free episode without downloading it? (to add it to my account, so i can download it when my laptop is back)? Or can i download it onto a USB stick or something?

Don't forget that if you're signed in, all you need is to click the link and you'll be credited with 1 copy of Muzzled to download any time via My Telltale.

Wow, 20 years - thats incredible. It still feels very "fresh", and I have no doubt Wallace and Gromit will be enjoyed by kids for years to come!
Wait, is it over already? The Telltale Newsletter said the free episode would be available through November 9th! =(
And there goes another awesome event, just like Talk Like A Pirate day.

Their second adventure (the wrong trousers) is still my favorite :)
Happy birthday Walace & Grommit. This is one of my favorite shows on tv since many years. Even in cinema those guys always look great. I hope we will have a chance to see them many times and new episodes or movies will appear soon.
