get it on the PlayStation Store!Hello, folks!

Our upcoming game season, Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse, is now available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store!

We're really excited to be part of Sony's first PlayStation Network pre-order campaign, and so from now until the debut of the first new Sam & Max episode, "The Penal Zone" on April 15, you can pick up the whole five-episode set for PlayStation 3 for $29.99, which will save you about five bucks off the full season price!

Woo, if only I had money left after buying all that MI merch.

would we still get a free telltale game even if we bought Sam and Max on PSN? that would be sweet.

@spacezoomer: I'm afraid not. Same as with the previous WiiWare and XBLA versions of their other games, Telltale would be unable to track people who buy The Devil's Playhouse for PSN. The Playstation Store handles that -- as a result, there's not really a feasible or reliable way for Telltale to know who bought what. Sorry. ):

Will Seasons 1 & 2 also be coming to PSN so that people can catch up with the series? Seeing as they've already been ported to Wii AND Xbox 360, it seems pretty likely, but it'd still be great to know for sure. Particularly, before I blow money I don't really have on the 360 version of Season 2 (which I'd much rather play on PS3).

Hello

Yes, Sam & Max on PSN will have trophies.

No word yet regarding pre-orders for Europe. This is the first time that PSN has ever done pre-orders, and we'll let you all know regarding Europe as new information becomes available.

If I would have known, that it's cheaper on PSN, I would have bought it there instead...

When are you going to release this games on the PSP? That would be soooo adorable (:

@yo That would be adorable! But I don't think the PSP has the power to support a S&M game. And I doubt Telltale would even consider it.

Finally! I was so annoyed both of the other consoles were getting telltale games and my PS3 wasn't. I'm definitely pre-ordering them this Friday. First Heavy Rain, and then this!!! I'm getting spoiled this year! :) Happiness.

Already pre-ordered on PSN, but I don't really understand how this preorder is gonna work. I've never preordered off a download service, i don't usually PC game, and since it's a new thing to PSN it might work differently anyway. I'll check that playstation Blog post now and see if it has any answers.

P.S. Glad summer's not gonna be boring after all, thanks TellTale.

@ Mack Daddy: It's cheaper on PS3 because you do not get the pre-order perks (free episode and wallpapers). I pre-ordered both versions since I plan to play on PS3, but would like all Telltale titles available to me via PC/Mac when I'm on the road.

Just ordered mine on my PS3, it's no April fools joke it's out on the EU store now for only £17.99

@Jesse I think that they will come on the store monthly (or whenever released) and you just download them as you would anything else and since who have already paid for the series just download and play :) Hope that helps!
