Dear Telltale:

I hate you. You give me too many sales so I have to spend more money that I don't have.

P.S. I love you. A lot. Please marry me.

Just after I bought the Telltale complete package, all games I'm interested in (Strong Bad and Sam & Max) are getting a discount...

Oh well, this would've saved me 11 euros, and I wouldn't have been able to just log in to my Steam account and play the games without manually installing them. And seeing as this doesn't include any DVD's, I'm not missing anything.

Why is it that when I click on the discounted links, it puts the item in my cart at full price? :(

The Highway -- I noticed that you can only buy the download-only copies of the games for the discount. If you want the DVD with it, you have to pay full price, I believe.

My last two comments on this page have been flagged as spam (probably as they contained url's), but the gist of what they said is that the versions that are currently a part of the Comic-Con sale can include the DVD is you want them to.
Just go to the Comic-Con sale page by clicking on the banner at the top of this blog post; then, once in the store, click on any game (Strong Bad or the first two seasons of Sam & Max) and you should have the possibility to buy the season OR the season + DVD for the sale price ($4.95 for Sam & Max, $9.95 for Sam & Max).

Oh thanks! They fixed it, too, it seems. Before, the game would be listed as $29.99 (either version), and the discount was applied in cart... but now I see all games display the sale price BEFORE placing in cart.

Awesome!

I just discovered that the Steam version is discounted as well. It's 5 euros for me, so it's probably 5 dollars if you live in the United States.

I got Strong Bad. I was going to get the last two episodes on wiiware for fourteen pounds, but got the whole season for 3 pounds. I am rather happy! That will keep me entertained on my new computer until episode 5 of Sam & Max!

im sad about the reprint..
how can one tell what the old one is vs the new

will there be a difference so that we know who has the originals and who has a store bought reprint?

seems odd to reprint it without some form of notice of being NEW print

mine is fading away too umberto!
