Hi, I ordered a game for my daughter, and accidently hit 'buy now' (or purchase) twice, and was charged twice. I sent an e-mail on 12/4, and got the automated response and an issue # (issue-24281), and was told if I did not hear anything soon, to post in the forum. Here I am! I have already gotten the credit card statement. The two order numbers were:
I just need to get the charge reversed on the duplicate order!
