Devils playhouse pre order trouble.

I pre orderd the devils playhouse yesteray and it kind of worked. The games are in my que but the bonuses arent their. I'm supposed to get acces to the special forum for sam and max but it sais i'm not authorized, and I'm supposed to get a code for a free game here, but its not in my email. Is it somewhere I havent looked? How do I get acces to the specal forum? Please help!

  • Same here. With the MI pre-order I was able to access the locked forum straight away. Not so much with this. Assistance would be appreciated.

    Yes but my situation is weird. I used a different email when I first got my account then I registered for the forums, that name (The Hamburgaler) replaced my email. Also I tried changing m email to my new one because my old one was my freinds before I got mine. I checked his and mine and got no email from telltale. Is it from a certain thing? I really want to be able to reap my rewards.

    EDIT: I just received my email now. No idea why it took so long but it happend. Thanks anyway.

  • No love for me either. I pre-ordered Devil's Playhouse on Friday using an instant payment from PayPal and all I've gotten is a receipt from PayPal. No email from Telltale, no free game code. *sniff*

    The season does appear in my list of purchased games, but that's about it. I figured maybe it was due to the weekend.

    Do you receive other mails from Telltale Games (Forum notifications, Newsletters, ...) and have you checked your spam filter?

    If that's the case i think it's best to write to support@telltalegames.com stating the issue including your order number.

    I've gotten emails from Telltale in the past (all past purchases, forum notifications, etc). I figured it was a weekend thing, but if you think I should have gotten that email & forum access by now, I can shoot them an email.
