I have requested a change of shipping address of some stuff that is to be shipped soon.
I have received automated emails back on april 3rd with the numbers [issue-27409] and [issue-29363] (no idea why I got two?), but no response from support yet.
Has my case disappeared in the infinite wonder of email? ;)
It is quite important since I am moving house in a few days, and it'd be a pity for the package to get shipped back to you guys.
