  • Yes, I am logged in with the correct account. This IS the account with which I played The Penal Zone.

  • Same problem here. I purchased the game as soon as it was possible, and I never had any problems with unlocking Telltale games before, including the Penal Zone. It doesn't matter if I use my e-mail/account name + password or the unlock code on the game list, I just can't unlock it for some reason. Please help!

    Hey there. Uh, so, I checked your purchase history, and it looks like you don't own The Devil's Playhouse on your "Murray The Chao" account. If you played through the Penal Zone, you probably had to authorize using a different account.

    Actually, this sounds like a different issue. You've got the game in your account and a legit serial number. I'm not sure why you can't get in, but it might be worth requesting a manual unlock via support@telltalegames.com if you're still having trouble.

  • I tried downloading and installing it again, but no luck so far. To make things even better, my e-mails don't seem to be arriving at Telltale's support desk anymore (I'm not even getting automated responses), so I'm sending you a PM with the information for a manual unlock if that's all right.

    EDIT: Actually, I noticed the launcher just freezes when I try to log in. It used to give me error messages, but now it just freezes. I'd still like to try it with a manual unlock code though.
