I was wondering... I bought the full season of Grand Adventures before the DVD was released, but when it came out, during the time of free shipping for orders over $50, the flag was for some reason down and I could not get the disc for free + (no) shipping.
By the time this was sorted out, the deal had finished and I could no longer get the DVD for free shipping.
Is there any way I could be sent the disc now for free to make up for this, which I was going to do before but couldn't due to a bug in Telltale's systems and by none of my own fault?
I understand if this is not feasible, but it never hurts to ask!
