Symbiote figures: extremely shoddy quality

I just received my order from Telltale that included the Sam & Max Symbiote figures. I can not believe how bad the build quality is on the small add-on parts (ie. the handguns).

I managed to break both the pistols: first the barrel from Max's luger snapped right off as I was trying to put it in his hand, even though I wasn't actually exerting any force on it. That wasn't so bad, as I can just glue the barrel back on, but I tried to fit Sam's revolver in his hand even more delicately, but the trigger guard on the gun snapped. What the hell? Is there any quality control at all on these things?

Now, if there was even a hint of warning on the box, something like "please be careful, the plastic is not toy-quality, but extremely fragile look-don't-touch -quality", I could blame myself. But now I'm just pissed off.

Not to mention that my shipment was missing an item from my order, but I've already emailed support about that.

In any case: where should I inquire for replacements for the small plastic firearms?

    You would email support for this and I would ask you for photos, then I'd set up a replacement.
