Think about it. A lot of the show focuses on the doctors doing diagnosis, so there's material for puzzles right there, but there's also a lot of wacky stuff going on too so it wouldn't be all medicine puzzles. Plus JD narrates his life, which would lend itself well to an adventure game because you need to have some way of having the player character express what things are when you look at them, and so on. And what's more, Dorian is the kind of person I could picture inquisitively exploring everything, talking to everyone, and picking up random objects that he finds around his travels. I found Marty McFly carrying around an inventory of items a little odd and out of character, but with JD it's completely plausible.
