Back to the Future Deluxe Pack shipping status

Hi everybody,

I know some of you are frustrated by the shipping delay on this item, and I can't apologize enough. We're working with our warehouse to get this resolved as soon as humanly possible so we can start getting them mailed out again. I assure you, this is a top priority right now. At the moment, I don't have an exact shipping date to offer up, but we're expecting them to start going out again this week. If that changes for any reason, I will update this thread accordingly.

  • As an update to this, we got a large number of the backorders mailed out last Friday, and most of the rest were sent out today. The ones that are left will be going out over the next few business days. If you haven't received a shipping notice and tracking number yet, please keep in mind that it can take a few days for our internal systems to update after a package has actually gone out. You'll get the email soon.

  • All orders from August and September have now been shipped. Orders from October began shipping today, and will ship out through the end of the week. Everything should be caught up by Friday.

    Again, please keep in mind that our system doesn't update shipping status or provide tracking numbers until we've received the information from our warehouse. It's sent in batches, and can take a few days, so if your order status hasn't updated yet, that doesn't necessarily indicate that the order hasn't shipped.
