No confirmation email or Downloads

Hi,

This is in addition to an email which I sent the support team earlier.

I ordered Sam & Max Season One and paid with my VISA card.

On checkout I received no download links or order numbers.

I have received no emails from tell tale - not even a confirmation of transaction, although the final screen of the checkout process told me I would receive one.

I access my mailbox directly so I can be sure that it is not in any spam folder.

It has now been over six hours since I ordered.

The email address used for ordering was the same as the registered email address for this account.

  • Have you tried typing your order number into the find my order page? If everything went good and proper with your CC transaction, it might just be that some sort of spam fliter ate the download links email? Either way, if your order went through, that page should let you access your order invoice and download links.

    Oops, sorry, I didn't see there that you said you didn't yet receive an order number. Someone from support with access to the order database will help you as soon as they can. There are fewer eyeballs on the support system this weekend than usual, because it's Memorial Day Weekend, but people should be popping in periodically.

    As per my original post I never received an order number - either as part of the checkout or via email.

    I can confirm that the email has not been lost via a spam filter as I run my own email server and access it directly. There are no spam traps for it to be caught in.

    If you could investigate further I would appreciate it.

  • I just emailed Digital River to find out what's causing the delay. We probably won't have an answer until tomorrow.

    If you'd like to play one of the episodes while you're waiting, you can download the demo from our site and then click Activation Support and follow the instructions to get an activation key. Just reference this thread so we know who you are. :)

    Time difference means I've just got your reply. I'll be at work till 6 GMT. Hopefully by then we'll have an answer, otherwise I'll try your alternative for Ep1.

    The problem has now been sorted out and I've received the email with my confirmation number.
