I have just recently seen your message last night about not asking questions and if you ask certain questions about when it's out this may result in a 24 hour ban. First let me let you know this is the first product I bought from you if I were to get banned or get a smart mouthed reply for someone who should be trained in customer service believe me this is the last product I will buy from you.
I understand most Moderators and Administrators come from the gaming community and have been involved in various Message boards before getting a job in the industry. Problem is you cannot take the same Forum Nazi approach when you run a business.
If you do not know how to talk to customers then perhaps you need to take a seat on the back burner and hire some actual customer service agents to handle your forum.
Again if you do not care or want my business then give me a smart mouthed reply or ban. If you want to keep my business and others please remember the old phrase, "the customer is always right"
