Seriously, I cannot believe how good the support for this forum is. The web staff is absurdly good at their jobs, and I'd say its a stroke of genius having some people for whom that's a significant part of their job. I'm guessing you've got the report post feature (and possibly the subscription for the support forums) tied to your e-mail addresses, so you know instantly (since you're at work with your client running in the background, probably) when something's gone wrong (or when someone simply has a question). Because there's almost no other way your response time could be so fast during business hours.
I've gotta hand it to you, you've really mastered customer service, better than any other software company I know.
