What the hell is going on! I sent an email last week about a purchase which would not download and I posted in this forum as well. Now I see there is another duplicate charge coming out of my account for this game. Am I to now expect a backlog of charges for every time I tried to download this stupid episode for the walking dead????
Can someone please at least respond to my request. Being charged multiple times for the same purchase with complete silence from the company is not something I would expect.
