We've had reports from some international customers of customs forms being filled out incorrectly, resulting in unnecessary customs charges. We are working with Digital River and their shipping partner to investigate this. If you were charged by customs and you think it's an error, please email emily -at- telltalegames.com with your order number and pictures of the forms (or if that's not possible, a description of how the form was filled out, including the value written on it).
If the value on the customs form is correct or close to correct, then there's probably nothing we can do, since customs fees are not within our control. (You can always refuse the package if you don't want to pay and you'll get your money refunded when it arrives back at our warehouse.) But if an error on the form led to an incorrect customs charge, we might be able to get you a full or partial refund.
