A logical theory on how **** could have survived.

Kenny could have survived. He could have crawled into a garbage container(Ben version) while walkers were eating Ben, hence he didn't scream.

Not sure about the Christa version.

  • Lee could walk slowly through a whole horde of walkers with only a cleaver and not get bit once. Maybe Kenny could've tackled some of them and made it out alive somehow.

And maybe he gets bitten like Lee but makes it out alive anyway. He decides to go to the train and there he meets Christa and Omid. BUT, as he said earlier... He don't know if he would've shown his bite if he got bitten...

    He doesn't tell them.

  • Molly dropped Hilda while being chased by walkers in the alleyway, Kenny used the Hilda to pry the manhole open. :D

    This.

  • The whole Kenny Dying thing is a bit strange. Telltale don't show it, it's left quite intentionally ambiguous and then when the game is finished, a summary comes up saying he died. What was that point?

I think it says he was lost to the herd, not killed by. Even more ambiguity.

I personally think he's a goner though. He never went down into the walkers with any intention other than to sacrifice himself saving another. He knew what he was doing.

It is weird that it says "lost to the herd" when Carley was "killed by Lily" and Doug was "killed by walkers". Something's up. Perhaps they did it intentionally just to make you think about it. Maybe they want to show that you sometimes you just never see your close ones again not knowing what happened to them.

I was about to say something about Kenny having a secret deal with Vernon to get a spot on that boat but that doesn't really make sense.... Maybe he went after them to kill them and take the boat himself. ... but that doesn't make much sense neither.

The only way I would want him to survive is if he got bitten on his way out and decides to hide it. When you meet with him in season 2 he says that he got away unharmed but had to bash some heads in. "No, I'm fine *cough*."

At several points it seemed that he only cared for his own and his family's survival. When Duck was "bit" there was no way in hell. When he was bit for real it'll buff out. When Larry was out he didn't hesitate. When Lee was bit he was like "Oh, man... That sucks..." and in his head he was thinking of how he would deal with Lee when he was a zombie. And then he confronted Lee (his best friend depending on how you play it) with it and was very up front with it.

    and then in season 2...

As time goes on he becomes more and more sick and nobody really have the balls to shoot him when he's alive. So they just pretend it's nothing around him and talks about what they're going to do with him when he's not around. And then he turns (maybe in the middle of the night) and you have to fight zombie Kenny as..... Clem?????? someone.

    Season two will be cool.

  • Kenny died. In my game he said Kat gave him hell every night for not thinking of others more, and that was right before he jumped down to save Christa. He decided to do what Kat told him, and he thought about someone else first when he jumped down into the room to help Christa. He knew everyone who went to save him would get killed, which is why he shouted for them to go on and save Clem without him. Just because you don't see him die doesn't mean he didn't. There was no way out of that room. It was too dark for him to be able to get through the walkers and find an exit.

There was no way hiding in a trash can would have saved him in the alley. The walkers would have seen him jump in, and still would have killed him. He even says if you tell him that Kat wouldn't want him to do this, he says "Either I save the kid, or I get to see Kat again." He had no intention of leaving that alley alive, at least without Ben. He probably tried to fight off the walkers at first, but realized that there were too many. He used the final bullet in the gun to mercy kill Ben and spare him the pain of being eaten alive, because it's what Kat would have wanted him to do.

... then he runs off-screen and you don't see anything else.
