Lost Progress with Episode 5 release

Sorry for the new thread. I have been checking the forums since ep5 release hoping for a formal response from Telltale and seeing is this is only "support" available I have resorted to posting....

As the subject suggests I have lost my progress for all chapters (not played chapter 5 as do not wish to use generic responses).

Now I have tired to move some files around as suggested in other threads but this has not helped, where is the official patch so people like me don't have to mess around moving files etc?
