I read through the threads and did all the reboots, uninstalled the software and installed it again.
I-Tunes recognized the purchase, receipt was received. So why does the software not change the status of "Coming Soon" to Download.
Well it looks like this is a normal problem. As this is the Telltal Games site I would expect a proper response given the number of posts. This is an observation not a complaint.
Please communicate to the group the status of this issue. Please consider this the companies formal request for resolution. The next Step are the BBB, Complaints to I-Tunes, Dispute to Visa and finally small claims court including filing fee and hourly effort at $85/hr. Last is a formal class action. What do you say you solve the problem or send me a check. I look for your email.
