Telltale games customer support,

Just purchased the walking dead multiepisode pass, 2-5. Downloaded to 99% on episode 2 and the app froze. Don't know where else to contact customer service or help so posting on here for telltale games to fix my problem or some kind of reimbursement. I have the email confirming purchase from iTunes. Purchase of 15$ here and no product...

    I apologize for the problem you are experiencing. We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please try shutting down the game application and restarting the device. Make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game before attempting the download again.

    Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any purchases made through the iTunes store. You will need to contact iTunes Support for further assistance.
