I am experiencing a bug with the My Games section of the site. Here's what happened:
1. I logged on today and went to My Games to check the shipping status of my order.
2. When I went to My Games, I found that my serial numbers were gone (they're all zeros now). Further, I apparently have a gift I can send off that I never ordered, but there's no serial number there (I'm assuming the gift is a bug).
I'm writing here because I'm unsure whether this is a general site bug or an account error. I hope this helps!
