The Walking Dead - The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Episode 3: In Harm's Way
I don't usually contribute to forum discussion, and it might just be because emotions are running high after completing the third episode, but as I listened to the final song play while the credits rolled and recalled every choice I made throughout the episode I realised that my choices had caused Clem to reach a turning point. I thought back to season one, how every action I took was to ensure the survival and humanity of Clementine at the ultimate cost of Lee's life, and it had me tear up a little at the girl I had moulded so far this season. I chose to watch as Kenny beat Carver's face in, and forgot that I was making this little girl watch the same horrible thing. I found satisfaction in it, but was also disgusted that I had lost touch with the values I tried to instill in this girl so far.
I hadn't expected to feel this deeply for a video game in my life so I want to thank Telltale for using their talents so well. And I hope all of you enjoyed the same emotional roller coaster that I did. :)
