I tried to order the season 1 DVD today, but at the final stage, I get an error message reading "There was a problem with your order, please try again." (and nothing else). Trying again didn't work.
Some additional information that might be useful to find the root of the problem:
- I used the order ID from my season 1 order (through the URL supplied in the e-mail) to pay only for shipping;
- I entered an international billing/shipping address (in the Netherlands);
- I used a MasterCard credit card to pay;
- I tried using recent versions of Konqueror and Firefox, but both give the same error.
Any idea about what goes wrong? Was I just too fast and can't I order the DVD yet? Or is it supposed to work already?
