Where's my order?

I placed an order on Sept 9th for the Deluxe BTTF game and still have not received it. I emailed tech support and have not gotten a response from anyone either. Of course there is no phone number to contact anyone. (How convenient)

Please let me know where my order is? Come on TellTale Games, you're better than this!

    The orders taken at the beginning of September were preorders. I've seen posts saying that the deluxe editions are expected to ship by the end of September, and people have just started receiving them this week. You should get an email with a tracking number when yours is shipped.
