  • Today's Daily Deal is the Painkiller Complete Pack. £4.49 / $4.99. If you're a moron.

On its own, Painkiller: Black Edition is £2.24 / $2.49, and well worth getting. The others... are not.

I chose to completely ignore your advice and buy the complete pack.
They all look good so taking advantage of this deal can't possibly backfire.

  • Well, don't say I didn't warn you.

  • Today's Daily Deal is Solar 2. £3.49 / $4.99

Also, the Midweek Madness offer is Flatout. £11.89 / $13.59

  • Today's Daily Deal is Ship Simulator Extremes. Christ, what's the point of reducing the price of something nobody's going to buy anyway? Whatever, it's £4.99 / $7.49.

  • If you're going to lower the price of that game, you might as well give a 75% permanent price drop on top of the 75% discount.

Although, worst part is, 550k copies have already been sold. Given, it's probably over the entire series overall, but still.

Also, how the hell can this game come on Steam with probably relative ease while games like The Book of Unwritten Tales get the shaft?

    EDIT:

Awesome, I didn't know Sonic CD was on the Steam store.

Anyway, the weekend deal is 40%-75% off on select Sonic titles.

    EDIT2:

Okay, so Sonic CD has been released just today.

  • Today's Daily Deal is... Medal of Honor? Wow, that was quick. 4.99, whatever currency you use, which is irritating, since if it were properly converted to around £3.49, I'd have bought it. Oh well!

And, as Gary pointed out, the weekend deal is the Sonic franchise. Various offers. Here's the list:

    Sonic the Hedgehog - £1.99 / $2.49
    Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - £1.99 / $2.49
    Sonic 3 & Knuckles - £1.99 / $2.49
    Sonic 3D Blast - £1.99 / $2.49
    Sonic Spinball - £1.99 / $2.49
    Sonic CD - £3.99 / $4.99
    Sonic Adventure DX - £2.99 / $4.49
    Sonic 4: Episode 1 - £5.99 / $9.99 (that doesn't seem right)
    Sonic Generations - £9.99 / $14.99

    Sega All-Star Racing (with Sonic) - £3.74 / $4.99

...oh, and also, Sonic Generations has DLC out. It's the Casino Night level from Sonic 2. It's not on offer, hence me not putting it in the list, but if the Nostalgia Goggles are too hard to get off, it's a mere 99p / $1.59.

  • Anyway, I'll be waiting until I have enough money for Sonic CD. Never played it, but heard good things about it.

  • Play with the Jap soundtrack. It's better. US soundtrack isn't too bad, but the Jap one feels more like Sonic.

  • And you get a spiral knights costume of metal sonic?
Would be cool, but those things link to the armor, so you upgrade to better armor and you lose it.

So yeah sonic CD, I assume this game is pretty good?
