The "whatever's on your mind" thread

One of the things that's great about this forum is its randomness. Well, this is the epitome of it: a thread for whatever random thought happens to be passing through your mind.

For example, I've just been struck by the most random craving for Taco Bell nachos.

Geez dude, you need to get laid. I know some nice guys, I could introduce them to you. They're handsome, nice fellas, I'm sure you'd like them.

  • Can't believe I just backed a kickstarter for $60
All backers who pledge $60 and up will receive a Bandcamp download code for the Retro City Rampage Soundtrack (a $7.99 value)
Oh yeah... Thats why!!

Man! I am just a sucker for video game music.
(The chiptunes that are coming out lately are just too tasty to ignore! NOM!NOM!NOM!)

EDIT: Well I obviously get more than just that. You get all the downloadable stuff and 3 CDs as well at the $60 level.
And while I can appreciate the actual feelies (and free international shipping! :D), all the music thats being offered is just going to be great.

  • Why does homosexuality piss people off? According to Doctor Alfred Kinsey, an esteemed researcher on human sexuality, only about 20% of individuals are exclusive to their identified orientation anyway. There's a reason most people enjoy watching women AND men in porn. Here's a chart, brohan:

I'd have personally gone with the $15 level on the Kickstarter(which seems to be the best value by far) and paying $40 for the Retro City Rampage Vinyl(which gives you the digital tracks as well).

I think most people fall around 1 or 2. I should probably read those reports at some point. I dunno. Lazy.

    Oh really?

I guess I'll go for that.

(Well maybe not the Vinyl. I don't think I could put it in a frame, (old man said something about load bearing walls...), I'll just get the soundtrack normally)

Welll I mean, if you were determined to spend roughly that much, I feel like you'd get more through the $15 pledge(which has most of the stuff at the best cost per thing), and then since your focus was on Retro City Rampage's soundtrack, I mean, that's a thing you can buy separately and if you spend less than that much on JUST Retro City Rampage you get a Vinyl and the digital tracks. Obviously, you can spend less by just dropping your spending to $15 on the Kickstarter and $8 on the soundtrack.

Well. I'm going to admit. Having a Vinyl would be awesome.
(I was considering getting a Final Frontier one once)

But I don't have much room in my bedroom, and I don't have anything to actually play it on! XD
(I know its for show mostly)

Besides, its not going to be worth anything more than my personal sentimentality towards it.

EDIT: Plus remembering I want a PSP brought me back down to earth a little! XD
