So after Lee and Clem got jumped by a bunch of walkers in the train station, and after Christa gives us a lecture and leave, Lee gives Clementine some sor of advice.. cant really remember the second option but i remember it wasnt as good as the first and last...

A) Everything we do is dangerous

C) Not to be afraid

I personally went with "C) We learned not to be afraid, They should have gotten us but we got them" But then i realized it might make her do something stupid in Around Every Corner or even after that..

So what did you guys choose, which one do you think is the best advice to give a little girl?

  • I told her not to be afraid 'cause fear will kill us.

  • Don't Be afraid. Cause fear will kill us. Otherwise i'm making her paranoid or worse.

  • I went with the fear option too. I thought it was great writing about how the walkers are an "it" there not humans and the only thing that holds us back is fear. Learn to conquer the fear, than learn to not feel threatened by the walkers.

  • Everything in this world is dangerous, 'cause it's true. Lee may not always be there.

I can see the two answers leading to two equally bad scenarios

Everything is dangerous "Clem i need your help" "it's dangerous lee"

Fear nothing. "Don't worry Lee I can handle this situation that the audience knows i can't handle"

  • I chose A. I thought it was important that she understand the seriousness of her new surroundings so that she was always on guard. I did it mainly out of being pissed off at Carl on the show throwing rocks at a walker he thought was trapped. I don't want to have to go there with Clem. Yes they are kids and kids tend to do stupid shit but dude, the ZA equals time out for stupid shit.

  • The teaching her how and telling her to shoot scenario kind of concerns me (Why didn't he teach her how to reload, as well? >_>). I have a feeling that Clemmy might end up shooting Lee for doing something she considers bad (Not by Lee's knowing, of course. Maybe she does meet her mother, if they get separated, and Lee, not knowing who she is, attacks her, causing Clemmy to defend herself and her mother).

Either which way, just teaching her how to shoot is a bad scenario (I have a feeling it is, anyway). I would have thought Duck would have known how to shoot before Clemmy would have. I learned how to handle, respect and use firearms when I was around their ages, and I just think it was weird that Kenny never taught his son. :/ Maybe Duck would still be alive, if he did (Kat certainly wasn't a big help in that situation).

I know she'll have to defend herself, at some point, but I think we're being set up for something horrible in the next episode, or two. :D My two cents. <3

Which makes me think whatever we say doesnt matter at all, whats going to happen either good or bad is going to happen anyway..

  • Clem will saves us at one point. That's what queens do, Right? Queen Clementine to the rescue!!
