I submitted an issue  to your company regarding the Walking Dead iOS game on September 6th. You can complain about my delay in following up by me, but I don't care. Truth is, it is not my problem as it is your support service that can't provide me an update. Spam filter is clear by the way.
After purchasing the game and playing the first episode I opted to buy the Multi-pack for episode 2-5. A few days later the second episode was released for iOS and I attempted to get it. I tried to do this in the Episodes section from the main menu of the game. I also tried from the Play menu and choosing the episode. Both resulted in me being asked for my iTunes password to verify my purchase. After a day waiting and trying I gave in and thought maybe it is just a mix up and I wont be charged. Well sure enough I got the email and was charged for the second episode.
I am not asking for a refund of anything but the second episode I paid for twice. I love the game and gladly paid for the whole experience. However I refuse to be charged for it twice.
Now even more irritating is that fact that I have have to format my iPad and just tried to access the content to play episode 2 (I have paid twice for it I might as well try to get a fair amount of enjoyment from it) and it is showing me the same information as before. I am being asked to pay yet again for something I have already paid for (twice).
I expect you to figure out why this is happening and reimburse me for the 2nd episode. I also expect you to explain how I can get that same episode NOW after my format and not pay for it.
This is ridiculous and if I don't get a response to this post in a timely fashion I will no longer be asking for my over charge to be reimbursed. I will be asking for the whole of the game to be reimbursed.
