I had already purchased the game months ago, and saw a thread in the support forums that said if you went through the process of purchasing the season pass again, it would prompt you with a notification that you had already bought it, and to re-download:

At no point did it tell me that I had already purchased it, and on top of that, the issue I was having in the first place (Game telling me I don't have a license for it and then locking up) continues. This is absolutely ridiculous.
