Why did you have to go and be a hero?

  • Well, do we really see him die?

In my game it looked like he wasted a shot on a walker... though Lee told C/O that Kenny gave Ben a mercy shot.

  • After lee gets back on the roof, you can say "Maybe he did manage to escape"

So maybe thats a clue to him surviving?
why didnt they look over the edge to see his body?

  • They killed Kenny... the bastards...

well it is the last episode, they had to get rid of most people in that. I think Kennys end was ok in my playthrough (he really wanted to save Ben to make it right, he didn't want to give up on Ben).

Giving him the bullets didn't help. But you can hear more than one gunshot on your way up. I don't think it really makes a difference, but maybe some people still have more hope in that scenario :D

Because he's the hero that Lee and Clementine deserve, but not the one they need right now. So the walkers will hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark kenny

  • Can't believe Kenny died, I don't really believe it cause he faced a lot worse shit

    +1 :p

    I echo this.

I hated his guts at the end of episode 4 but in this one he seemed to have redeemed himself a little bit. Even though in my game, Lee and Kenny didn't quite see eye to eye on everything, I wanted him to be there till the end.

  • I know a lot of people hated Kenny throughout the entirety of the season. And I don't blame you, he is kind of a jerk. But in my playthrough Kenny and Lee had a total bromance going on. He would call me pal, we hated on Ben together, gab about Lilly being a bitch, murder Larry, etc.

So, after Kenny gets "lost" in the herd, and Christa asks me if I want to talk about it, Lee mentions something along the lines of "we were kind of assholes together". So true man, so true. Other than Lee's death, Kenny's was the one that most got to me. I would have felt happy about the ending (well, as happy as you can get with TWD) if Clem was able to go away with Kenny as her protector.

  • He did the most heroic thing in the entire season. He sacrificed himself for the one he hated most.

  • Kenny's death (at least when Ben is alive) sucked.

I helped Kenny shoot the kid in the attic, but Kenny didn't learn that sometimes the right thing to do is to shoot someone and move on. Fortunately Clem learned that lesson and shot Lee in the head, but I wish Kenny had learned it, too (and I thought he had).

I thought Kenny was going down to give Ben a few words of comfort (since Kenny understood Ben better after their fight) and then shoot him in the head.

Kenny did the right thing by Ben, a guy he hated, and I respect him for that. However, he abandoned Clem, just like Katjaa abandoned Kenny. I thought Kenny was better than that. I don't think the writers were fair to him by having him choose to die right after his speech about how people shouldn't give up.
