Well whatever ur issue was , here is what will fix it permanently ,
1- contact apple support center via email .
2- tell them about the issue u have in this game in details and mention everything
3- ask the apple support center for refund .
4- wait few days till they reply ur email saying (we r sorry to hear that and ur money will be reversed in 2-6 days of working days , thanx for contacting us)
Best solution i ever found so far for the bugs i faced in this game , and i already got my money back.
The walking dead game is great , graphics r awesome , sound tracks r perfect , story line is interesting, but all of that is crap if they didnt work !
And to telltale supporting team , thanks for the fake support , and to the school that did teach u how to do support , i tell (pls change ur subject materials , "pls restart ur ipad" doesnt fix bugs at all!!)
