Multipack episodes 2-5 won't download!

I paid for the multipack episodes 2-5 after completing the first episode.
It hasn't worked. It just says coming soon. I have tried to reinstall the game 4 times to no avail. Can I get a refund?

  • Same thing happened to me. If its not going to work I would like a refund also. It's telling me I have no Internet connection and when I check I have 4G and WiFi. If anyone knows how to fix this problem let me know

  • I have not found a fix for permanent "Coming soon" problem but we may find a workaround if you assist in this.
    Would you please try getting .json files from iOS Downloader:

    And putting them in your "Meta"* folder then relaunch** the app?

    * By Meta folder I mean Apps>WalkingDead>Documents>Meta, it can be reached via iExplorer or PhoneView, when your iOS device is connected to your PC/Mac.

  • I am having the same problem on my ipad (2).

    I bought the multi-pack; the app shows it downloaded. I played Episode one, and now the game just says to "Get" the next episode. I've tried the fixes that Apple recommends and they don't seem to be working. Some help from this quarter would be very nice, as this is their next recommendation.

  • Nevermind.

    In reading this forum, I have learned that I must have repaired it somewhere along the way...it did change from "purchase" to "get" and I never really noticed the change. To me they both meant I didn't have it!

    I thank the posters in the general support forum for showing me my error...all unknowing, of course!

    It is downloading now, and seems to be working fine.

    Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

  • Having the same problem on my 4S. I click "get" and the download fails whether on 3g or wifi. What's the fix???? I paid $15 for nothing.

  • I've tried to down lode episode 2 for over a week now. How do I request a refund? I shouldn't have to search and search for a solution? I see working on issues but post are from almost a year ago? I wish I would have read reviews befor I bought it. I loved the first one and downloaded with no problem now episode 2 just stays on 3 percent? I've done every thing people say to try. This is wrong when you get people excited then nothing happens. Please lead me to the refund process or clear directions on how to fix? I would rather have a fix then refund:mad:

    You can request a refund from Apple.

    Please be aware that TTG is currently working on a patch for the download problems.

    In the meantime you can try if connecting through a VPN helps. There are free VPN apps in the iTunes store, one example is Hotspot Shield.

  • After downloading, redownloading, uninstalling, reinstalling, redownloading, etc. I have given up. It's funny that these problems seem to have been going on for weeks now and still no fix, yet you keep the link to download the multipack in the game up and refuse to provide customer support.

    I finally contacted Apple and got a refund within 5 minutes. Really bad behavior by Telltale. Sad too because they have a great game but don't care if its customers can actually play it. You just lost a customer for life.
