The "whatever's on your mind" thread

One of the things that's great about this forum is its randomness. Well, this is the epitome of it: a thread for whatever random thought happens to be passing through your mind.

For example, I've just been struck by the most random craving for Taco Bell nachos.

What are you talking about? I googled it, and all I got was hotel bullshit.

All I found was a little game on Sploder.

I can't really remember how the GC controller felt to play. It broke after about a year, and I replaced it with a bulky and very noisy (the buttons were very very clicky.). I had a wavebird briefly, but that worked for about two weeks (the analogue stick was very lose. if I tilted the controller, it would move. And it wouldn't reset to the centre properly when you let go of it, so the character would perpetually walk left. Or in circles.

And I actually quite liked the N64 controller. In games where the D-pad was never/rarely used. Plus, this was my childhood.

It's a point and click horror adventure in pixel style with Gothic Victorian music. IT'S GREAT.

I just played the teaser. I got as far as the blood stained room and that was it.

Likewise. It certainly seems like an interesting idea, but I have my doubts that it'll work as a full game. But hey ho, I've been wrong on plenty of things before.

  • I love horror. The book I’m working on right now is about a haunted school and four kids who each encounter the horrors lurking in its halls.

Also, sorry for the delay on Telltale Murder Mystery. I’ve been so damn busy lately, and I haven’t found time to work on it. I promise it will be up in late May or June.

Wow, you had some incredibly shitty GameCube controllers. None of mine ever had any kind of hardware problems, including the one that my dog chewed the rubber off the sticks.

I'm going to do a Lets Play of it tonight. Hopefully it get people interested. Also, music music music is great.

  • Is there any greater character than Suck the Cock?
