[TWD] Game freezes during loading of main menu

Hi guys, I have a non-steam version of The Walking Dead.

When I launch the game after "press any key" step it freezes.

I've seen the similar problem on the forum here: http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33097#

But I don't have two monitors like user in the topic above.

Please help.

    If you bought it here at the store, the game downloads updates at that stage, so waiting should help.

    Please also try updating your Realtek HDA Driver.

    If it still doesn't work, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
