When you showed the Vodoo lady the flier, she received a vision of "the past, the future, the present? who knows", and she said "the skull was right!". Does this confirm his presence in future episodes, or am I just being optimistic?

If you look at the voodoo candle in the skull right when you enter the Voodoo Ladys place, you will see Guybrush say "Murray?"...

There is no way, and I mean no way, that they go through all 5 episodes without Murray... if put to a vote, it woundnt surprise me if he ended up being the most popular character in the whole Monkey Island universe, bank on him playing an important role...
