Cant unlock game?

I don't know if any of you guys have had this problem, its probably already posted but, whenever I open up the game and the window pops up to have you sign in and "unlock" the game, for some reason it won't let me type in the box for my user name and password. I've tried it a few times and every time, after about a minute the window closes and I get a window that says :

Well I am pretty :mad: because I not only had to wait an extra day to play this game, now it won't work.

Anyone have this problem? If so, what do I do?

Sorry, i guess the picture didnt show up. But, what I was trying to say was that the window says " Telltale Games has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "

A little more info would be nice. OS version? Internet Explorer version?

My first thoughts would be: Did you ever install some Internet Explorer beta? Are you on an x64 version of Windows?

Win xp x32.

explorer uh.. the latest I think? why would that matter? I use Firefox.

It matters because the Telltale launcher uses IE to render.

Pop open IE, hit help and then About. That will tell you the version.

Does the launcher use flash or Java? If he's not using IE it's possible something isn't up to date.
