when i play TOMI full, the image is not complete, the characters that is, guybrush's head for instant flimmers and sometimes you can only see his eyes.
The main problem is with the characters like Ellain, Guybrush, Lechuck ETC.
Im playing at a:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+, 2,00 GHZ, CPU
1536 MB RAM
Ati All-IN-WONDER 8500DV 64MB ,Graphics card
I Have turned the quality down to 1 and the resolution down to the lowest, but it's still is the same problem, The game goes plain and smooth it's only the graphics.

Wow ... that's a pretty old video card you have there. I'm actually surprised you got the game working at all! My advice? Buy a new (budget) video card. Or I suppose you can try installing the latest ATI driver first ... but I doubt it will do you any good.

I'm not sure how to sort out your problem... but I like the word 'flimmers'

Sounds after driver or hardware issues.
When gfx cards operate at their max, depending on how much tolerance they are having, it can happen, that they go wild. In the good case you just see some flimmering images, in the worse case you grill your card.

Me too. Its technology is about 8 years old.
I would first ask friends for old AGP graphics cards that might be better. Maybe something 3-4 years old might do already, depending on whether it was a decent model back then.
If they are anything like me they keep that kind of stuff.

Yep, that card isn't even DirectX 8.1 compliant, so it's a wonder it shows anything at all.
Look here (http://www.geizhals.eu/deutschland/?cat=gra256&xf=891_Radeon+HD+4650~891_Radeon+HD+4670) for what's probably your best upgrade options as far as AGP graphics cards are concerned - at least if you happen to be from Germany, which is where I'd place "flimmers"... ;)

You should however check the compatibility (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accelerated_Graphics_Port#Compatibility) of your AGP slot first.
