Chances are slim, they have said that if the sales are really good they may consider publishing retail version, but considering that game costs $10 I'm not sure if it's economically good solution for them to pay the printing costs, especially when most fans have already bought the game from Steam.

I think there would be plenty of interest in a boxed version from fans. It would probably cost more than $10, though.
