TOMI won't launch

I'm sure this won't shock anyone, but I downloaded this game and it "encounters an error" every time I try to run it. I honetly have no idea what the problem is because that information is utterly useless as an error message. I've run dxdiag and I tried to link the results here, but the forum won't allow for a file that large. Any help would be appreciated.

Set your Display to 32 bit. That will probably be it.
