Help!!!!!!!!!!

Just downloaded bogey man 104. Started it up, let it load(took five minutes) got to the start, bring wallace to the table and after he says he has to do something, the game closed.

I started it up again, waited again, went through that again, and it didnt close, but the framerate was very bumpy. turned quality to 1. put resolution down. framerate was still buggy!!!!!!!

Is there anyway to get a refund, or some help?
