Coupon not taking off right amount

I'm think of purchasing the Sam &Max season 2 DVD and the evidence folder thing. The season discount code works fine, but when I apply the $5 off any order over $8.95 it only takes of about $.73. this is the exact wording on the coupon "Apply this code during checkout for $5 off any order of $8.95 or more." I have tried before and during checkout, but it won't take of the right amount. The price after the season coupon is $23.43.

The problem here is that there is a limit of one coupon per order. You can't use a 50% off a season and $5 off any order over $8.95 code in the same order. The $23.43 shown is about the best you are going to do for both of them as the 50% off is a much bigger deal than just $5.
