Serious problems with W and G episode 1

I recently downloaded the first eisode of Wallace and Gromit and the 3-d graphics are really bad. In some places all I can see is blue and black screen screen and blocks of colour. This happens right at the begining of the game!

I have TOMI and Sam and Max (both seasons) and they work fine on my laptop. The only problem I have with them is the occassional 'this program has to close' when I first start the game, which is easy to get rid of.

I play games off full-screen as it over-whelms me. I dunno if this would affect it at all.

Well, you could easily test if it makes a difference.

From looking at Dell's website, the Dell Inspiron 1521 comes with either NVidia or Ati graphics. Which one do you have?

I think mine is Ati graphics

Its just as bad on full screen :(

Yeah, my video card's driver keeps crashing, and it seems to be running a little hot. This is the only Telltale game I've had problems with.

I'm running a Radeon HD 3850 AGP.
