The cursed one disappeared (but is somehow placed on the bottom of the cursed cutlass of Kaflu, so I guess there are more of them, yey), but the anti-cursed ring still exists. Guybrush says something like "But isn't that the one ring to rule them all...?" as he gets the ring in that clip, so it's most likely it.

The cursed ring and the uncursed ring looked identical.

But yeah this is the same thing in Telltale's blog, so I was disappointed. And my disappointed is followed by blaming Telltale for everything, starting with too much cream cheese on bagels.

I won't be specific, but this video is doctored from the way this scene is in the game to protect against spoilers, I guess. So don't worry about it giving anything away.
