Hello

I have bought sam and max season 1 collection.

How do i download the game?
I dont have a download link in the "past purchases" and i havent recived a mail whit download link.

Neither do I. My pre-order is in my profile.
It seems like the game (single episode 1) is available for download though. What gives?

I will echo the above problem...you wasted no time in taking my money...what gives is telltale just a tall tail...
sign me unhappy in DC
=:( the unhappy MAX would know how to deal with this...but it would be ugly.

Everyone who ordered the season should be receiving an email pretty much right now with download instructions. If you don't receive one in the next 5-10 minutes, post in the activation support (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=29) forum and we'll sort you out. Sorry for any confusion that's swirling around right now.

i dont have it,
it is possible to download the demo and the choose "i have already purchased it" and type the order number but it is not working for me i just get a error message.

6 mins to Nov 3, and still don't have the email....

brought the full season, but got nothing.. sigh...

You don't have to wait for a notification email! (Everyone who preordered should have received one already though; if you didn't, it's either in your spam folder or lost in the bowels of the internet.)

To get the game:

1) Download it here (http://www.telltalegames.com) (or from any of the Culture Shock demo links on our website, or from any mirror site that has the game)
2) Install and run the game
3) On the first game screen, click "I've already purchased this" and enter your order number and the password you created when you ordered

We've posted this information on the forums already but it appears it's still not getting to people. Very sorry about that. :( I think I'll go toss it up on the blog.
