I couldn't unlock the game, Monkey Island: Launch of the Screaming Narwhal, automatically or with the serial number provided by email.

I have sent in a request for a manual unlock today.

I hope to get the manual lock email within two-three days.

Hi Jmalofox, this ticket has been responded to. You wrote to us during a holiday weekend (and one where a lot of people were working at a trade show in Seattle), so there might have been a longer delay than is normal for our customer support system. Anyway, check your email for your unlock code!
