Could you tell us which graphics card you have?

You can do so and give us further useful information using dxdiag:
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Now you have two options to make it accessible to us. Pick the one that works best for you:

If you know how, you can zip the file and attach it to a message.

You can upload it to Rapidshare (http://www.rapidshare.com/) and copy the link to the file into a new message.

There are some quite old drivers in your dxdiag.
I recommend that you try updating them:

Card name: ATI Radeon Xpress 1250
Driver Date/Size: 2/7/2007 16:10:46, 2671104 bytes

Please download and install the Catalyst Software Suite (http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/integrated_vista32.aspx?type=2.7&product=2.7.5.3.2&lang=English)

Description: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Date and Size: 11/8/2006 11:09:00, 1647976 bytes

And the Realtek HDA Driver (http://majorgeeks.com/Realtek_High_Definition_Audio_for_VistaWin_7_d5513 .html)

Also make sure to run the DirectX updater (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3).

Then look how the game runs.

Okay, do that.
Some more questions though if you don't mind.

Have you tried other episodes?

It's also worth a try to check your W&G installers for errors.
Wallace & Gromit MD5 Check
Please download and install Hashcheck (http://code.kliu.org/hashcheck/).
Then Download this MD5 File (http://www.filedropper.com/wallaceandgromit) into the folder that contains the W&G installers you downloaded from Telltale.

Finally just double click on the .md5 file for verification and tell us the results.
Green: File is okay.
Yellow: File is missing.
Read: File is corrupt.
