Monkey Island Chapter 3 - Activation problem

hi, iam having problem unlocking the game.. it says "connection_error" , didnt get this sort of problem with the first 2 games. I have requested a manual unlock code too, please send it to me ASAP , ive been waiting like a jerk for that DOWNLOAD button in front of chapter 3 to appear in "my telltale page" all day and now when i downloaded, its not working. Reallyyyyy frustrated :mad:

Can you please tell me your ticket id that you used? I assume you asked for a manual unlock code through our support@telltalegames.com?

hi bonnie - well i emailed the support at first i just complained that i cannot unlock my game due to some CONNECTION_ERROR and the automated reply generated 'issue-21513' for me. After a few mins, i realized that there is a manual code thing so i emailed support again with all the required info but this time i did not receive any automated reply.

just recieved the email with the unlock code. THANK YOU TELLTALE!!!! :D
